Hotels are increasingly coming under the scanner of consumers for their poor Hygiene. In a recent incident in Hyderabad a consumer who ordered a dish found live insect in it. What was more shocking was the nonchalant attitude of the Ulavacharu Hotel where B Krian Goud the consumer has gone. He had ordered a Jaipur Mutton dish and instead of a appetizing dish he found a dish with a live insect wriggling around.
What angred Kiran Goud was the casual attitude of the Captain who instead of apologizing said that such things happen and he will replace the dish. When asked if he will eat such a dish his response was rude . Troubled by the attitude of the Hotel Kiran Goud went ahead and filed a complaint with the Health Wing of the GHMC along with picture and videos of the dish. A enquiry has been ordered into the incident.
